Terms.

The shortest version: I deliver one reading for $77 within seven days — usually sooner. You pay once. The reading is yours to keep. If it doesn't land, I refund at my discretion as an act of care. We treat each other with respect.

• ◆"Practitioner" means Michelle, the working psychic and medium who delivers your reading.
• ◆"Service" means this website (wiitchpls.com), the readings delivered through it, and your private archive.
• ◆"Reading" means the recorded video and written summary delivered after you submit a question.
• ◆"Archive" means the private portal where your past readings live.

$77 buys one reading. A reading is a recorded video (typically 10–15 minutes) and a written summary, both delivered to your private archive within seven days of payment — usually sooner.

• ◆One submission per purchase. Multiple questions in one submission are read together as a single reading.
• ◆Delivery is within seven calendar days of payment, with most readings landing in two or three days. If life pushes me past the seven-day window, I'll write to let you know the new date.
• ◆The reading lives in your archive indefinitely as long as the service is operating.
• ◆A daily card pulled for you appears on your portal home each day.

• ◆Payment is processed by Stripe. I never see your full card details.
• ◆Payment is taken at booking, before the reading begins.
• ◆Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes (where required) are added at checkout.
• ◆There are no recurring charges, no "free trial" auto-conversions, no add-ons.

Refunds are issued at the practitioner's discretion as an act of care. If your reading didn't land — if it missed the question, if I read the wrong context, if the moment didn't serve you — write and tell me.

• ◆I read every refund request personally. Most are honored.
• ◆Refund requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.
• ◆Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• ◆Requesting a refund does not require you to defend the request. "It didn't land" is enough.

I do not refund based on whether what I said was "right." A reading is a reflection — its job is to clarify, not to predict. If you wanted certainty about the future, that's not what I do.

Authentication is by emailed magic link — you're responsible for keeping access to the email you signed up with. If you lose access to that email, contact me and we'll verify identity another way before transferring access.

You agree not to share your magic-link sign-in with anyone else, attempt to access another person's readings, or do anything to disrupt the service for others.

You retain ownership of the questions and context you submit. You grant me a limited license to read your submission and produce a reading from it. I do not publish, share, or use your question for anything other than producing your reading.

Anonymized themes from readings may inform my craft over time (a card that keeps showing up for a season, a question shape I notice). I never share identifying details in any public writing.

The reading I produce — the video, the written summary, the cards I pull, the language I use — is my work. It's licensed to you for your personal use, including unlimited access from your private archive.

You may not republish, resell, or post the reading publicly. You can share it with anyone you choose privately (one person, a partner, a therapist) — that's yours to decide.

A reading is for reflection and self-understanding. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are facing a serious health, mental health, legal, or financial decision, please consult a licensed professional in that field.

To the extent allowed by law, witchpls's liability for any claim arising from a reading is limited to the amount you paid for that reading. The service is provided "as is" and without warranty of accuracy, prediction, or specific outcome.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful harm, or anything that cannot be legally limited.

I'll try to keep the archive available indefinitely. If the service is ever discontinued, I'll give at least 90 days' notice and offer every account holder an export of their reading history.

You can close your account any time by emailing me. I retain the right to refuse service to anyone — if a request is hostile, if it asks me to read someone without their consent, or if it violates these terms. I'll always tell you why if I do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the practitioner is based, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If I update these terms, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes and I'll email anyone with an active account. Material changes won't apply retroactively to readings already booked.
